Self Cleaning Return Idlers are mainly used in the conveyor application of sticky and very viscous materials, as these materials easily adhere on the carrying surface of the belt and thereby material also gets assembled on the return rollers.All this results in decrease in belt life and increases the load on the drive of the conveyor.We manufacture highly efficient Self Cleaning Return idlers which are designed to provide cleaning action on the top surface of the conveyor belt while on returning side, by assembling rubber or steel rings in various shapes & styles over the top of traditional return idlers.The cleaning surface is shaped by giving clear space & Spiral spacing between rings over the top surface of the roller. It is always recommendable to install these idlers on short or long distance conveyors carrying tacky materials.

Impact Idlers are made by fitting series of Rubber Rings on top of regular steel Idlers. Impact rollers are fitted at loading point of Belt Conveyors in-place of normal carrying Idlers to reduce the load & impact of heavy material falling over the conveyor belt. Impact Idlers also reduces the shock and vibration arising from the free fall of material over the conveyor structure and it also protects the belt from getting damaged. Impact Idlers are mainly used in Mining's, Thermal power plants, Cement Plants, Stone crushers, Sponge iron plants, etc.

Return Idler is fitted on the bottom side of belt conveyor for providing support to the returning belt and stop falling down of belt freely under the influence of gravity. Its construction & features are same as of carrying idlers. Return idler sets usually have one or two rolls per idler set, self-align these are easy to fit on Supporting frames, self-align framed type brackets or L type brackets
