At PMC, we fabricate an ample range of high-quality Pulleys for conveyor belt drive. Each & Every Pulley is custom-built considering its nature of work and to take suitable torsion load, we use heavy gauge steel tubing, ERW/seamless steel tubes, rolled plates or stainless steel tubes, fitted with shafts of carbon steel, mild steel or stainless steel to give the best required performance and longer service life.All our Pulleys are tested under various parameters for its trueness and balancing. Welded steel pulleys are of drum type, with the rim, end disc, and hubs designed to give maximum rim overhang prevents accumulation of material. These belt conveyor pulleys are extensively used in various conveyor systems in different industries due to its excellent functionality, high strength, and superior durability.

We also provide a variety of high-quality lagging to increase the friction level of the belt with pulley surface, Selection of pulley laggings material & design dependents on the nature of the application. Lagging material also protects the outer shell of the pulley from wear and the lagging surface can be replaced economically any time.
